Marvel Rivals Strategist Tier List – Best Heroes

In Marvel Rivals, the Strategist role revolves around healing and supporting teammates rather than dealing raw damage. Choosing the right Strategist depends on your preferred range, mobility, and team composition. The characters vary significantly in difficulty, from straightforward healers to complex dual-form supports. New players can start with forgiving options and gradually tackle harder heroes as they learn the game’s flow.

Easy to Master

Jeff the Land Shark is the easiest Strategist. His primary attack, Joyful Splash, delivers constant close-range healing, while Healing Bubbles provide backup when reloading. His ultimate, It’s Jeff!, swallows allies and enemies, letting him reposition teammates or toss opponents off the map. Jeff pairs well with Groot and Rocket Raccoon.

Rocket Raccoon heals at long range with Repair Mode orbs that can reach distant allies. His B.R.B (Battle Rebirth Beacon) revives fallen teammates (but cannot revive Rocket himself). The C.Y.A ultimate grants a 12-second damage boost that enemies can destroy. Rocket works best with Groot, Punisher, and Winter Soldier.

Mid-Difficulty Supports

Mantis provides long-range heal-over-time via Healing Flower and a 12% damage boost with Allied Inspiration (the two cannot be active simultaneously). Her Spore Slumber puts enemies to sleep for an easy kill, and her Soul Resurgence ultimate grants area healing and speed. Mantis synergizes with Adam Warlock and Star-Lord.
