ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN Patch 1.03.2: Co-op Fix

A mandatory update for ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN is now live across all platforms—PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. The patch, designated App Ver. 1.03.2 / Regulation Ver. 1.03.5, addresses a specific performance issue that could arise during multiplayer Expeditions. If you repeatedly used certain actions while playing with others, the game’s performance could degrade for everyone in the session. This fix ensures smoother cooperative runs.

What’s Fixed

The core change targets a bug where repeating specific actions during a multiplayer Expedition caused performance drops for all players involved. After applying the update, you should no longer encounter that slowdown during your co-op sessions.

How to Apply the Update

On the title screen, check the lower right corner for the version numbers. After the update, you should see App Ver. 1.03.2 and Regulation Ver. 1.03.5. Requirements differ per platform:

• On PlayStation and Xbox consoles, the Regulation file is downloaded automatically when you log into the server from within the game.
• If your Regulation Ver. is not 1.03.5, select LOGIN from the menu to retrieve the latest regulation.
• On Steam, the patch is delivered through the standard client update; simply restart the game after the download finishes.

Once you’ve downloaded the patch, restart the game and confirm the versions are correct. This step is essential because the game will check for the latest regulation before allowing you to go online.
