Team Cherry spent more than seven years packing the kingdom of Pharloom with hidden details, and the latest discovery is the kind of thing that makes you laugh and cringe at the same time. The fate of one of the early game’s most irritating bosses has been hiding in plain sight, and let’s just say the fleas had themselves a proper cookout.

For anyone who has slogged through the swampy mess of Greymoor, the Moorwing probably still haunts their nightmares. This giant, fly-like brute appears near the end of the area and serves as one of Act 1’s nastier skill checks. Its flying moveset is the stuff of sass, buzzing around like a caffeinated housefly while Hornet tries to land clean hits. Players technically have an escape hatch through the Lost Fleas quest, which lets them skip the fight entirely, but plenty of stubborn players squared up anyway. After the dust settled, the Moorwing could be spotted perched on top of a traveling caravan, and after that blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo, the trail went completely cold. No one had a clue where the big bug had buzzed off to.
