Valley IV Ferrium Ore Beds – Unlock & Boost Production

To maximize your factory output in Valley IV, you’ll need to tap every available resource node in the Power Plateau region. The Bridge Approach Camp holds five Ferrium Ore beds that are essential for boosting raw material production, but reaching them isn’t straightforward at first. The door to these ore beds is locked, and you must begin a specific operator mission to open it.

Start the Lone Wolf Quest

The locked door only unlocks after you start the Lone Wolf operator mission for Wulfgard. To trigger this quest, open your Baker inbox and read Rossi’s message. You don’t need to complete the entire mission — simply starting it will allow you to enter the camp and access the Ferrium area. Once the quest begins, follow the initial story beats until you reach the camp interior, and you’ll be free to explore.

Navigate to the Ferrium Beds

From inside the camp, climb to the top using the upward ramps. Follow the highest ramp, then head straight through the small sheet-metal ramp. Turn left and take the ziplines down to the bottom of the camp. The door to the Ferrium Ore beds is located there, ready for you to open and claim the resources inside.

Connect Power Relays and Boost Production

After unlocking the beds, you can connect Power Relays to them from the nearby Reconstruction HQ Outpost, provided you’ve completed the sidequest that unlocks that outpost. Tapping these five Ferrium beds is a key step for expanding your factories and securing a steady supply of raw resources across the region. With the route open and the relays connected, you’ll be well on your way to maximizing production in Valley IV.
